Quin Houff was not happy with Josh Bilicki after the two drivers tangled on lap 322 of Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Xfinity 500 at Martinsville. Houff decided to showcase his frustration by retaliating under caution, spinning Bilicki.

Here is video of Houff’s retaliation:

NASCAR was not a fan of Houff’s move and they penalized the driver of the No. 00 car five laps for then incident.
