Clint Bowyer, the driver who seemingly dominated Wednesday’s race at Darlington, will see an early end to the longest race of the year, after a incredibly hard hit to the Turns 1 & 2 wall at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Bowyer was able to escape from the car under his own power, seeming a bit uncomfortable after taking a hard hit.

The caution flag effectivley ended Stage No. 1, giving the stage win to Alex Bowman. Martin Truex, Jr and Chase Elliott rounded out the top-three.
