For the second year in a row, turn one on lap one at Pocono Raceway has seen a multi-truck accident take trucks out of contention. Last season, Stewart Friesen and Anthony Alfredo were the victims of the first lap crash, but this year contact from Austin Wayne Self’s No. 22 has sent three-time and reigning series champion Matt Crafton into the wall along with Codie Rohrbaugh.

Rohrbaugh and Crafton came into today 17th and 12th in point standings respectively, with Crafton only one point away from the playoff cutline.

Both Crafton and Rohrbuagh would not be able to continue in the race, and would be out on lap one after having to wait an extra day to run the event.
