Tanner Gray Returning to TRICON Garage No. 15 in 2024

Tanner Gray, a four-year veteran of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, will retain his position as the full-time driver of the No. 15 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro for TRICON Garage in 2024, the organization officially announced on Thursday.

Gray, a native of Artesia, New Mexico, is the grandson of Johnny Gray, a prominent businessman and partial owner of TRICON Garage — alongside David Gilliland and industry veteran Kevin Ray.

“I am grateful to be back at TRICON for another year in 2024 with my guys on the No. 15 truck,” said Gray. “I really feel like going into next year we will be better, more prepared and have a greater understanding of what we need to do to execute. My biggest focus is on making sure I am getting better every day, and I am excited for what lies ahead.”

The 24-year-old driver has been partnered with TRICON Garage – formerly known as David Gilliland Racing (DGR) – since 2019 when he competed part-time in the ARCA Menards Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for the organization.

The former NHRA Champion finished the season 13th in NASCAR Truck Series point standings, a career-high, running on the strength of three top-five results, and six finishes inside the top-10.

Gray is the third driver to be confirmed to the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver lineup for TRICON Garage, joining Dean Thompson and Corey Heim, who will return to the No. 5 and No. 11 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro entries, respectively.
