For Patrick Emerling, it’s been quite a ride over the last eight months.

The 32-year-old racer welcomed his second child into the world in the offseason, he captured the 2025 World Series of Asphalt after a dominant week at New Smyrna Speedway in Febuary, he collected a top-10 finish in the NASCAR Xfinity Series season opening race at Daytona International Speedway, and he got a chance to get behind the wheel of the No. 75 Henderson Motorsports Chevrolet Silverado at North Wilkesboro Speedway.

Now, Emerling is getting the opportunity of a lifetime as he’ll join Spire Motorsports as the driver of the organization’s No. 07 Chevrolet Silverado in Friday’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series MillerTech Battery 200 at Pocono Raceway. Emerling, part-time competitor for SS-GreenLight Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and standout in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, will have GOAT Power Bikes as his primary sponsorship partner in the effort.

“I’m thrilled that GOAT is joining me for my first race with Spire Motorsports,” said Emerling. “Spire has really fast trucks, and GOAT has some of the fastest electric bikes on the market. Pocono is a fun and challenging track, and I’m ready to show what I can do.”

The company is over the moon with the partnership, which has paired them with Emerling and the multi-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race-winning organization.

“It’s a perfect-fit partnership. We both like to go fast,” said GOAT Power Bikes owner Byrson Goodman. “We’re excited to see the partnership develop.”

Emerling, who finished second in the overall NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Series point standings a season ago, is attempting to collect the championship in that series this season, but will be completely focused on his incredible opportunity behind the wheel of the Spire Motorsports truck on Friday afternoon.

The MillerTech 200 at Pocono Raceway is set for Friday, June 20, and will be televised on FS1 with coverage kicking off at 5:00 PM ET.
