While it appeared two NASCAR Camping World Truck Series teams would be sent packing this weekend, as only 36 of the 38 entries could make the field by way of on-track qualifying, mother nature has intervened and wiped out qualifying for Friday night’s North Carolina Education Lottery 200, which has effectively saved the day for whichever two teams would have ultimately missed the show.

Rain has secured that all 38 trucks in Charlotte will start the race.

Todd Gilliland, last week’s race winner, will start from the pole.

Sheldon Creed will start alongside Gilliland in the No. 2 GMS Racing Chevrolet Silverado.

Austin Hill, who paced the lone practice session of the weekend, will roll from the third position

John Hunter Nemechek, who did a masterful job saving a sliding No. 4 truck in practice earlier in the day after hitting a patch of PJ1, will start from fourth, and Ben Rhodes will start from fifth.

Zane Smith, Tyler Ankrum, Grant Enfinger, Carson Hocevar and Matt Crafton will round out the top-10 starters.
