It was two victories in two for 48-year old racing legend Tony Stewart in his midget race car during the Rumble in Fort Wayne.

Stewart was the fastest in qualifying for Saturday’s feature, but as the race progressed it didn’t look like he quite had enough to pull off the victory.

However, late in the 50-lap event, Stewart came alive and worked his way around Justin Peck for second and with just six laps left, Stewart muscled around Kyle Hamilton for the lead.

Stewart would not look back as he set sail for his 11th-career victory in the Rumble in Fort Wayne.

The night before, Stewart took his 10th win in the iconic event.

Stewart will take his place in the NASCAR Hall of Fame next month.
