There’s been a lot of silence surrounding the future of Chase Briscoe this offseason. Briscoe made it clear at Homestead in November, that he had nothing lined up for 2020. Could he be out of a ride after winning a race and finishing fifth in the overall championship standings.

No, according to a new report from Frontstretch.com’s Dustin Albino.

The report states that sources near Briscoe say that the 24-year old will return to Stewart-Haas Racing’s NASCAR Xfinity Series program in 2020 and that an announcement should be coming within the next week.

Briscoe has two-career wins in the Xfinity Series and is part of the Ford Performance development program.
