The 19-year-old driver was celebrating his sixth win of the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series campaign when his leg got stuck on the inside of the window while celebrating the win, causing Zilisch to fall onto the ground hard.

Zilisch did not get up immediately after the fall and was being helped by medical personnel in the immediate aftermath of the incident.

Dillon Welch, a pit reporter for The CW, reported later that Zilisch was conscious and speaking to the members of the AMR Safety Team in Victory Lane, and that they would be loading the JR Motorsports driver onto a stretcher and bringing him to the infield care center.

According to a report from Dustin Long of NBC Sports, Zilisch sat up after being loaded into the ambulance. At this time, there are no further reports about the condition of the Mooresville, North Carolina-native.

Zilisch has already been sidelined for one race earlier this season, at Texas Motor Speedway, after a back injury that was sustained in a last-lap wreck at Talladega Superspeedway.

Additional updates on the condition of Zilisch will be added to this story as they become available.
