It looked like Tyler Reddick was going to go on to a second Stage win to start the evening at Darlington Raceway in Saturday’s Sport Clips VFW 200, but late in the Stage he faded.

Ryan Blaney was able to charge past Reddick in his No. 12 Ford Mustang for the Stage win. Reddick didn’t go down without a fight, but ultimately it may have led to him burning the tires off of his No. 2 Chevrolet Camaro SS.

Justin Allgaier pounded the wall on the final lap of the Stage, but he was also able to get around and stay ahead of Reddick at the Stage break.

Reddick would hang on for third in the Stage and he was followed by Cole Custer and Denny Hamlin in fourth and fifth.

Christopher Bell ended Stage 2 in sixth, while Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s great race continues as he was seventh.

Chase Briscoe, Brandon Jones and Austin Cindric rounded out the top-10 finishers in Stage 2.
