There will be an all-new look on the No. 74 CHK Racing Chevrolet Camaro this weekend in The Loop 121 NASCAR Xfinity Series Street Race at the Chicago Street Course.

Driver Dawson Cram will carry the white and purple colors of Nexus Auto Transport as he attempts to lock the No. 74 car into the show for the fourth time this season. According to a press release, the partnership between Cram, CHK, and Nexus was developed in conjunction with The Magnifyde Agency.

Cram has pride in bringing a new partner to the race track for the very first time.

“I am very excited to be a part of the inaugural NASCAR Xfinity Series street race from Chicago and it is an honor to be bringing in a brand new sponsor, Nexus Auto Transport, for their first race,” Cram said. “This unique event was created in part as a way to create new opportunities to attract new sponsors like Nexus Auto Transport, to the sport. I couldn’t think of a better partner to have for my first-ever NASCAR Xfinity Series road course race.”

Nexus Auto Transport is a Chicago-based company that provides car hauling services that delivers clients their vehicles at their destination.

The No. 74 CHK Racing team is one of 43 cars entered for this weekend’s race, 38 cars will make the final field for the race. Cram, who flashed incredible speed at Charlotte Motor Speedway, as he qualified 26th for that race, will look to mirror that in his first-career NASCAR Xfinity Series qualifying session on a road course.

Cram did make the field for the 2021 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at the Daytona International Speedway Road Course. After starting 38th in that event, Cram methodically worked his way to a solid 17th-place finish.

That is the lone road course start Cram has made to date in NASCAR National Series competition at a road course.
