Brad Perez will compete in his fourth NASCAR Xfinity Series event of the 2025 season as he will pilot the No. 45 Alpha Prime Racing Chevrolet in the Chilango 150 at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez on Saturday, June 14.

Perez will pilot the No. 45 Chevrolet for Alpha Prime Racing with primary sponsorship from Sendero Provisions, a producer of high-quality apparel inspired by the landscapes and cultures of the wild American West.

“It means the world to me to race internationally, especially in Latin America,” Perez told TobyChristie.com. “It means even more to have a partner like Sendero Provisions Co. go all-in like they have. Making this trip is super fun and meaningful is what they’re about and I’m excited to get down there and have some fun and eat some tacos with ’em.”

The 28-year-old racer, who made his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut in 2022, has competed in 15 races in the series. To date, Perez has a career-best finish of 18th, which came in the 2024 event at Circuit of the Americas.

In three starts this season, which have all come on oval track layouts, Perez has a best finish of 23rd, which he achieved at Martinsville Speedway in March.

Perez, who cut his racing teeth on road courses, has three career top-20 finishes on road courses in the NASCAR Xfinity Series ranks, and there is hope that the talented young racer can break through for a career-best run on the 17-turn road course in Mexico City.

In addition to his NASCAR Xfinity Series adventures, Perez has logged five starts in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, where he has a best finish of 20th, and he has a top-10 finish in four career starts in the ARCA Menards Series.
