“We are proud to have Blaine back in the No. 31 for 2026” said Jordan Anderson, President and owner of Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport, in the release. “Blaine showed real growth last season and proved he can run inside the top group in this series. His attitude, drive, and willingness to learn fit our team perfectly. We are grateful for the continued support from Team Chevy and look forward to helping Blaine take another step forward next year.”

Perkins, 25, scored a career-high four top-10 finishes a season ago, including a career-best sixth-place finish in the late-season event at Talladega Superspeedway in October. Perkins was rewarded for his career year with a career-best 26th-place ranking in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts (formerly Xfinity Series) championship standings.

The driver was proud of the effort from his team in 2025, and he is excited for what lies ahead in 2026.

“Coming back to Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport is an exciting step for me.” said Perkins. “Last season was the strongest of my career, and I felt the trust and support from everyone in this shop. I am thankful for the belief that Jordan, John Bommarito, and our partners continue to show in me. I am focused on building off the momentum we created in 2025 and ready to give everything I have for this team in 2026.”

The native of Bakersfield, California, has made 108 starts throughout his five-year career in the series, and in that span, he has recorded five top-10 finishes and has an average finish of 25.8.

After part-time stints in the series in 2021 and 2022, Perkins went full-time in 2023. He began the ’23 campaign with SS-GreenLight Racing behind the wheel of the No. 07 Chevrolet before he moved mid-season to the No. 02 Our Motorsports team.

In 2024, Perkins moved to RSS Racing, where he piloted the No. 29 entry. After a season with RSS Racing, Perkins found a home with Jordan Anderson Racing in 2025, and now, he’ll look to build further stability with the team during the 2026 season.

Prior to his leap to the NASCAR National Series, Perkins was a three-time ARCA Menards Series West race winner during the 2020 season. Perkins would finish the 2020 campaign second in the ARCA West championship standings to Jesse Love, who was the 2025 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series champion.
