Everything You Need to Know About Friday’s Xfinity Series Race at Bristol

All of the grinding all season long comes down to this one race at Bristol Motor Speedway for the 2020 NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoff hopefuls. At the end of Friday’s race, 12 drivers will be set to battle it out to be the latest NXS champion.

Right now, Brandon Brown holds a firm 49-point lead over Jeremy Clements for the final Playoff berth position, but a win by Clements or drivers such as Myatt Snider or Alex Labbe, who have shown speed this season, could knock Brown out of the Playoffs.

While the battle for the final Playoff berth is ongoing, there will also be another battle happening to see who asserts themselves as the driver to beat for the championship heading into the Playoffs.

The 2020 season has come in waves. The early portion was dominated by Chase Briscoe, who racked up six wins. Then, Austin Cindric went on a tear winning five races of his own.

Now, Justin Allgaier, who had a miserable 2020 season going, has snapped out of it and won three of the last six races.

Will any of these three emerge victorious? Or will another driver rise to the occasion in an attempt to stake their claim as the championship favorite?
