Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport is continuing to expand its footprint in NASCAR’s second-tier division in 2026.
While speaking with Larry McReynolds and Danielle Trotta during a SiriusXM NASCAR Radio call-in on Thursday, team owner Jordan Anderson confirmed that the organization would be fielding three full-time entries in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.
“We are officially going to announce that we are going to have three full-time cars next season, which is a big jump for us,” Anderson said. “We were kind of able to get our feet in the water this year with running that third car more than half the year, and it felt like the timing was right.”
While still classified as a part-time third entry for the organization in 2025, Jordan Anderson Racing fielded the No. 32 Chevrolet in 25 of the series’ 33 events, with several drivers like Jordan Anderson, Austin Green, Katherine Legge, Rajah Caruth, and Andrew Patterson.
In addition to the team’s imminent expansion, Jordan Anderson Racing will also have a technical alliance with Richard Childress Racing, which just secured the NASCAR Xfinity Series championship with Jesse Love.
The No. 32 Chevrolet, according to Anderson, will serve as an ‘All-Star Car’ for the organization and will include multiple drivers, including Anderson himself.
“[The No. 32] will be an All-Star Car, we’ll have a handful of different drivers in that car throughout the year, we’re definitely looking forward to having that All-Star Car to chase some wins and some good races, and looking forward to what that might bring for the organization,” Anderson explained.
So, how in-depth will this technical alliance with Richard Childress Racing be?
“It’s basically all things engineering, assembly, components, and chassis, and all that stuff. It’ll basically be their standard alliance that we’ll have with them. I think for us, it’s going to be great to look at, and I call it having a big brother in the garage area.”
To illustrate the difference between last year without the alliance and this year with the alliance, Anderson says that if they had questions about what was happening with their racecars last year, the team was on their own to figure it out. Under this new alliance, should the team have those same questions, they’ll be able to access some setup and technical information from RCR and its partners.
In addition to the announcement of the team’s expansion, Jordan Anderson Racing also confirmed this week that Jeb Burton and Blaine Perkins will return to their full-time seats in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series campaign in 2026.
Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport will make additional announcements regarding the driver lineup of the No. 32 Chevrolet at a later date.
