There are 39 cars on the preliminary entry list for Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Tennessee Lottery 250 at Nashville Superspeedway, the 17th race of the 33-race 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season.
With up to 38 cars being permitted to start each weekend in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, one driver and team will be sent home following this week’s qualifying session.
Christopher Bell, who won last weekend’s NASCAR Xfinity Series event at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, will not return to the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota GR Supra this weekend. In that car instead will be John Hunter Nemechek with primary sponsorship from Pye-Barker Fire & Safety.
Among the notable entries for this weekend’s event is NASCAR Cup Series regular Tyler Reddick, who will pilot the No. 26 Toyota GR Supra for Sam Hunt Racing with primary sponsorship from Yahoo! This will mark the two-time NASCAR Xfinity Series champion’s first series start of the 2024 season.
Reddick is a 10-time race winner in his NASCAR Xfinity Series career, and if he can win this weekend it would result in the first-ever win for the Sam Hunt Racing team. Reddick scored the first-ever NASCAR Xfinity Series win for Big Machine Racing at Texas Motor Speedway back in 2022.
Other notable entries for this event include No. 4 Dawson Cram, No. 6 Garrett Smithley, 07 Patrick Emerling, No. 14 Chad Finchum, No. 19 Ty Gibbs, No. 30 Noah Gragson, No. 35 TBA, No. 74 TBA, No. 88 Carson Kvapil, and No. 92 Ross Chastain.
