There are 38 cars on the preliminary entry list for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series The Great American Getaway 400 at Pocono Raceway, the 16th race of the 36-race NASCAR Cup Series season.

With up to 40 cars permitted to start events in the NASCAR Cup Series (41 with the use of the Open Exemption Provisional), no drivers or teams will head home after this week’s qualifying session.

Denny Hamlin, who won last weekend’s event at Michigan International Speedway and comes into the race on a two-race winning streak, returns behind the wheel of the No. 11 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry XSE with primary sponsorship from King’s Hawaiian Shake ‘Em Bites.

There are two “Open” entries in this week’s race.

Casey Mears will pilot the No. 62 Beard Motorsports Chevrolet with primary sponsorship from The Gracie Foundation, and Daniel Dye will drive the No. 78 Live Fast Motorsports Chevrolet with sponsorship from Champion Container.
