Noah Gragson and LEGACY MOTOR CLUB are looking to bring home the bacon in this weekend’s inaugural Chicago Street Race, the Grant Park 220, with the help of primary sponsor Wendy’s.

The Las Vegas, Nevada native, who boasts one of NASCAR’s most unique personas, will have ‘The Baconator’ displayed on the No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro for Sunday’s first-ever street course race at NASCAR’s top level.

“At the Daytona 500 I drove ‘The BEEF,’ at Talladega I was behind the wheel of ‘The BIGGIE,’ and I can’t wait to rep ‘The Baconator’ this weekend as my team and I try to bring home the bacon…literally,” said Gragson. “I’ve had so much fun with Wendy’s this year, from starting a little beef at Daytona to going biggie at Talladega, and I can’t wait to continue to show up for fans in Chicago this weekend.”

On top of the bacon-covered machine, Gragson will be the center of two driver activation opportunities for fans interested in meeting the NASCAR Cup Series rookie, as he’ll make two stops at Chicago-area Wendy’s restaurants on Friday, June 30.

Noah Gragson Meet-and-Greet Opportunities (Friday, June 30):

Stop #1: Wendy’s, 7200 W 25th Street, North Riverside, Illinois – 10:30 to 11:15 AM CT
Stop #2: Wendy’s, 2312 North Ashland, Chicago, Illinois – 12:30 to 1:15 PM CT

“A race as iconic as the first-ever Chicago Street Race deserves an iconic showing, and as a brand that knows a thing or two about Bacon Cheeseburgers, we know bacon makes everything better,” said Carl Loredo, Global Chief Marketing Officer for The Wendy’s Company. “Together with our friends at LEGACY MOTOR CLUB and Noah Gragson, we’ll give NASCAR fans and the city of Chicago a taste of the best with the ‘The Baconator.’ Look out for No. 42 and you’ll see a best-in-class driver, repping best-in-class bacon.”

For the fans not planning to make the hike to Chicago this weekend, Wendy’s has a great deal for you, as well, thanks to a partnership with DoorDash. From July 1 to July 3, all DoorDash customers can enjoy a FREE Breakfast Baconator or Baconator with any purchase of $20 or more on DoorDash.

Thus far, Gragson has had a difficult rookie season, scoring a season-high 12th-place result at Atlanta Motor Speedway in March. The 24-year-old driver has been partnered with Wendy’s for two events this season, carrying the fast food chain’s colors at Daytona and Talladega.
