Video: The Dawsonville Pool Room Wakes up Town With Siren Following Chase Elliott’s Latest Win

CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA – MAY 28: Chase Elliott, driver of the #9 Kelley Blue Book Chevrolet, celebrates with a burnout after winning the NASCAR Cup Series Alsco Uniforms 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 28, 2020 in Concord, North Carolina. (Photo by Jared C. Tilton/Getty Images)

There is a tradition as old as the Elliott family being in NASCAR: the Dawsonville Pool Room sounding their siren every time the local boys pull off a victory.

The pool room posted video to Twitter at 11:08 PM ET of their latest siren being blasted for Chase Elliott’s seventh-career NASCAR Cup Series win, which came in Thursday night’s Alsco Uniforms 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Hopefully there isn’t a sound ordinance in Dawsonville, GA.
