Chase Elliott and Bubba Wallace were involved in the fourth caution of the afternoon at WWT Raceway, after contact with Ross Chastain.

Ross Chastain hasn’t been making any friends in Sunday’s Enjoy Illinois 300 at World Wide Technology Raceway.

First, it was Denny Hamlin after Chastain punted the Coca-Cola 600 winner into the outside wall in turn two. This time, it’s NASCAR’s Most Popular Driver, Chase Elliott, after Chastain triggered a multi-car accident immediately on the restart.

The accident also collected Bubba Wallace and Harrison Burton in the process but didn’t damage any cars severely enough for them to retire from the event. Furthermore, all four drivers remained on the lead lap.

Ross Chastain, Bubba Wallace, Chase Elliott, Austin Dillon, and Harrison Burton were all involved in the fourth caution of the 300-mile event.
