Quin Houff was not happy with Josh Bilicki after the two drivers tangled on lap 322 of Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Xfinity 500 at Martinsville. Houff decided to showcase his frustration by retaliating under caution, spinning Bilicki.

NASCAR was not a fan of Houff’s move and they penalized the driver of the No. 00 car five laps for then incident.

So Quinny stomps his foot and says thats not fair when he get hurt, but completely forgets he did that same thing to someone one in almost EVERY race this year.
