Video: Larson, Keselowski, LaJoie Swept Up in Late-Race Accident at Atlanta

Kyle Larson, Brad Keselowski, and Corey LaJoie had managed to keep their vehicles clean throughout the entirety of Sunday’s Ambetter Health 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway, but it was all for nothing after a late-race pileup.

Looking to snap a 100-race winless streak in the NASCAR Cup Series, Brad Keselowski was running in third place when his No. 6 King’s Hawaiian Ford Mustang snapped loose and spun around in turns three and four.

The RFK Racing driver and co-owner was sitting in the high lane when the accident happened, which made it impossible for both Larson and LaJoie to avoid spinning the No. 6.

Larson, the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series champion, continues an unfortunate trend for himself at the newly-reconfigured Atlanta Motor Speedway, in which the driver of the No. 5 Chevrolet has crashed in each of the six races on the 1.5-mile facility’s new configuration.

With the three-car accident late in Sunday’s race, there are only six drivers in the 37-car field that haven’t been collected in an incident throughout the race, those being Austin Cindric, Josh Berry, Ryan Blaney, Chase Briscoe, Todd Gilliland, and Ricky Stenhouse.
