Well, well, well… It’s been a messy night at Bristol Motor Speedway for the NASCAR Cup Series Playoff contenders, and things didn’t get any easier on lap 276, when Daniel Suarez lost control of his No. 99 Chevrolet.
Suarez went around in front of a big field of cars on the backstretch. When all of the smoke settled, 10 cars were involved.

The playoff drivers involved in this included: Suarez, Austin Cindric, Austin Dillon, Tyler Reddick Chase Elliott, Chase Briscoe and Alex Bowman. Additionally, Todd Gilliland, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Landon Cassill were involved.
UPDATE: An additional replay shown on the USA Network broadcast showed that the No. 7 car of Corey LaJoie and the No. 10 of Aric Almirola were involved, bringing the total in the crash to 12 cars.
