Tyler Reddick and his wife, Alexa DeLeon Reddick, have been spending the last seven days enjoying their life as two-time parents, the 29-year-old driver confirmed via social media on Sunday.

According to Reddick, the couple’s second child, Rookie George Reddick, made an appearance for the first time one week ago, born at 2:20 AM on Sunday, May 25.

“Well, the secret is out,” Reddick said in a social media post. “At 2:20 am on 5/25, we welcomed the newest addition to the Reddick family. Everyone, meet Rookie George Reddick. The household has now become a family of four, and we are so blessed.”

The couple, who got married in July 2024, first announced that they were expecting their second child earlier this year, on New Year’s Day.

After getting to experience the birth of his son, Rookie, the 23XI Racing driver would go on to compete in the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, where he would finish 26th.

The timing of Reddick’s announcement ends up being quite ironic in the grand scheme of things, as 23XI Racing team owner and fellow NASCAR Cup Series driver for Toyota GAZOO Racing, Denny Hamlin, is currently on baby watch.

Hamlin, driver of the No. 11 Progressive Insurance Toyota Camry XSE, could miss Sunday’s Cracker Barrel 400 at Nashville Superspeedway should his fiancée, Jordan Fish, go into labor.
