Tony Stewart Collects 10th-Career Rumble Midget Feature Win

At 48-years old, Tony Stewart isn’t done yet. Friday night, in Fort Wayne, Indiana Stewart took the checkered flag as the winner of the midget feature race in the Rumble in Fort Wayne for the 10th time in his career.

Cap Henry led the first 34 laps of the 50 lap contest, but once Stewart —- who started ninth —- took the lead on lap 35, he never relinquished it the rest of the way.

Henry held on to finish second, while Joe Liguori, Justin Peck and Derek Bischak rounded out the top-five finishers in the race.

According to Speed Sport’s Jacob Seelman, this win makes Stewart, a soon to be NASCAR Hall of Famer, the winningest all-time indoor midget racer in North America.
