Rick Ware Racing will have an ace up its sleeve when they visit Road America in July.

Ryan Eversley, a veteran road course racer, will make his NASCAR Cup debut with Rick Ware Racing in the No. 53 when the series visits the 14-turn course next month.

The news was reported first by FOX Sports’ Bob Pockrass.

Pockrass also shared a number of quotes from both Ware and Eversley on the opportunity for the road racer to make his debut.

Sponsorship for the No. 53 remains TBA.

Fans can see Eversley make his debut in the No. 53 entry on Sunday, July 4 at 2:30 p.m. EST on NBC.
