RFK Racing has made a concerted effort to promote Heart Health, and as part of those continuned efforts, the race team and its partner Esperion have created a wellness walk, which will be open to fans and the public at 9 AM ET on Saturday, July 13 at Pocono Raceway. Brad Keselowski, who scored a win earlier this season at Darlington Raceway, will be leading the walk, which will take place on a one-mile walking route through the infield camping area at the 2.5-mile triangular race track.

“We’re thrilled to activate with RFK and Brad at the upcoming race in Pocono,” said Sheldon Koenig, President and CEO, Esperion Therapeutics. “Staying active and living an active lifestyle is one of the best ways for us to promote health and wellness, and we’re excited to do that alongside the team next month. No strings attached, we welcome and encourage anyone who wants to participate!”

According to a press release from the team, fans interested in participating in the wellness walk are encouraged to bookmark RFK Racing’s social channels as the team will provide updated maps, and information pertaining to the walk on those channels. Currently, the walk is slated to begin at the block party stage along the infield camping road, and will end in the same place following the one-mile loop.

And there are no worries about missing any NASCAR Cup Series on-track activity due to the walk as on-NASCAR Cup Series practice will not begin on Saturday until 12 PM ET. The NASCAR Cup Series The Great American Getaway 400 presented by VisitPA.com is currently set for Sunday, July 14 at 2:30 PM ET with television coverage being provided by USA Network. MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio will carry the radio broadcast of the event.

If you would like to save $10 on Pocono Raceway Paddock Pass Plus tickets, RFK Racing is one of seven NASCAR Cup Series organizations that have partnered with the race track on a special ticket promo, which was announced last week. As part of the promo, you just select your favorite of the seven teams, and you are taken to your special promotional offer.
