Overnight Television Ratings Down Slightly For Kentucky

Saturday night’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Speedway produced a finish for the ages as Kyle and Kurt Busch waged a two lap war for the win. It was thrilling and it left fans at the track and on social media talking all night long.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to help produce a higher television rating than the race drew in 2018. But still, it wasn’t far off either.

The 2019 edition of the race scored a 1.2 overnight Nielsen rating, down from a 1.3 in 2018.

Perhaps the exciting finish will energize fans to tune in at New Hampshire this weekend.
