Michigan, a week ago, turned out to be the highest rated NASCAR race on cable television in nearly two years. It was awesome news.

The great news continues after Saturday’s Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race at Bristol.

The race scored a 1.45 overnight rating, which is up 7% from a year ago for this same race. The 1.45 overnight rating is the best rating for a Saturday night cable broadcasted NASCAR race in two years.
