NTSB Has Released it’s Preliminary Report on Earnhardt Plane Crash

Friday, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released their preliminary report on the plane crash involving Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his family and two pilots last Thursday at the Elizabethton Municipal Airport.
