NASCAR Weekend TV Schedule: Texas Motor Speedway

NASCAR is returning to the Lone Star State this weekend with a tripleheader at Texas Motor Speedway, with the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series all taking to the racetrack from Friday to Sunday.

On-track activities will begin on Friday, May 2, with NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series practice and qualifying at 2:35 PM ET. Neither session will be shown on television.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series will also run its practice and qualifying sessions on Friday, with the second-tier series first hitting the racetrack at 5:00 PM ET.

Finally, Friday will conclude with the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event, the SpeedyCash.com 250 at Texas Motor Speedway.

The second day of Texas Motor Speedway’s three-day NASCAR National Series weekends begins at 11:00 AM ET with NASCAR Cup Series practice, where teams will get 25 minutes to hit the 1.5-mile racetrack to shake down their racecars.

As usual, single-car qualifying will follow NASCAR Cup Series practice, starting at approximately 12:10 PM ET. Once the field is set for the Würth 400 Presented by LIQUI MOLI, then Saturday’s main event begins.

The Andy’s Frozen Custard 300, the NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Texas Motor Speedway, will kick off at 2:00 PM ET with coverage on The CW, Performance Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
