Morgan & Morgan, the largest injury law firm in the United States, will join forces with NASCAR Cup Series team Richard Childress Racing, as part of a multi-race, multi-year sponsorship deal for drivers Kyle Busch and Austin Dillon.

The newfound partnership between Morgan & Morgan and Richard Childress Racing marks the first race team-trial injury law firm partnership in the NASCAR Cup Series.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Richard Childress Racing and support Kyle Busch and Austin Dillon in the coming years,” said Dan Morgan, managing partner of Morgan & Morgan. “Morgan & Morgan is dedicated to fighting and winning for the people, not the powerful, and RCR’s shared interests in giving back to the community and cause marketing further solidified this partnership. We can’t wait to see Kyle and Austin represent Morgan & Morgan on the track.”

Austin Dillon, the full-time driver of the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, will debut the first-ever primary sponsorship for Morgan & Morgan at NASCAR’s top level, carrying the black and yellow colors of the law firm at Darlington Raceway in the Cookout Southern 500.

Later in the season, Kyle Busch will bring Morgan & Morgan back onto an entry in the NASCAR Cup Series, carrying the colors on his No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 at his home track of Las Vegas Motor Speedway on October 15th.

“Morgan & Morgan’s family focus, investment in technology, innovative approach to business, and trustworthiness aligns well with Richard Childress Racing and the way we operate our race team,” said Richard Childress, chairman and CEO of Richard Childress Racing. “This is a first-of-its-kind partnership within the NASCAR Cup Series and we’re proud to be trailblazers in the personal injury law firm sponsorship category.”

Despite the relationship marking the first foray into the NASCAR Cup Series for Morgan & Morgan, the firm is quite familiar with partnerships in NASCAR, having served as a sponsor of NASCAR Xfinity and Truck Series part-timer Chris Hacker for the last two seasons.

In a press release, Richard Childress Racing also states that this deal with Morgan & Morgan will see the company expand upon its number of primary sponsorships for both Dillon and Busch during the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season.
