As they unload the No. 34 Ford Mustang Dark Horse from the team hauler this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Front Row Motorsports and driver Michael McDowell will have a new look on their car. For one, it’ll be a patriotic paint scheme. But they’ll also have some new primary sponsorship partners on the car in Walmart and RTIC Coolers.

McDowell is proud to carry the two iconic brands on his No. 34 race car in Sunday’s Coca-Cola 600.

“I’m happy to be welcoming Walmart and RTIC Coolers to Front Row Motorsports and our 34 team,” McDowell said. They are a brand that has had a strong presence around our sport, and it is great to have them join us the Memorial Day weekend. I can’t wait to get this partnership started and see what we can all accomplish together.”

RTIC Coolers, which is a company that was founded in 2014, became the Official Cooler and Drinkware sponsor of NASCAR last April, and has been offering officially licensed NASCAR Drinkware and Coolers via the company’s website.

The cooler and drinkwear company has been expanding its footprint inside of Walmart locations across the United States. As it stands now, RTIC products are available in 3,800 Walmart stores heading into Memorial Day Weekend.

McDowell, 39, is a two-time NASCAR Cup Series race winner, and he has worked his way into the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs in two of the last three seasons. 2024 will mark McDowell’s final season with Front Row Motorsports, and he is attempting to secure his third Playoff berth with the organization before he moves to Spire Motorsports in 2025.

While McDowell suffered from a six-race skid, where he didn’t record a single top-20 finish earlier this season, the Arizona native has bounced back with two consecutive top-10 finishes at Kansas Speedway and Darlington Raceway.
