Hendrick Motorsports will bring a brand new, but familiar paint scheme to a handful of upcoming races for NASCAR Cup Series driver William Byron.

HendrickCars.com will serve as the primary sponsor  for three races this season on the No. 24 Camaro ZL1 1LE.

The scheme coming to the track pays homage to owner Rick Hendrick’s late son Ricky Hendrick.

The scheme was piloted by the young Hendrick, as well as Brian Vickers, who brought the then GMAC Monte Carlo to a 2003 Xfinity Series title.

HendrickCars.com will also sponsor Bryon at the Charlotte Roval, and at Kansas Speedway.

The Hendrick Automotive Group is spearheaded by team owner Rick Hendrick. The website has been a featured sponsor on HMS cars for years, and in recent weeks, has become an associate sponsor on all four Hendrick cars.

Scoring his first career Cup Series win at Daytona, the Charlotte, North Carolina native is enjoying a memorable season in Cup. While out of the NASCAR Playoffs already, Byron has notched three top-5 finishes and 10 top-10 finishes so far this season.

You can catch the red, white, and blue colors on track this weekend at Talladega on Sunday, October 4th at 2PM EST on NBC and the NBC Sports App.
