Still searching for the organization’s first win, Bubba Wallace will have to showcase a strong performance heading towards the end of the NASCAR regular season to keep the playoff hopes of 23XI Racing alive.

Enter Denny Hamlin, co-owner of 23XI, who is putting out a pretty ambitious wager to give Bubba some extra motivation to score his first career Cup Series win.

Should Bubba win on Sunday, Hamlin is prepared to sell his own house on Offerpad. He proposed his wager via Twitter last night following a tweet from Brett Griffin.

The spotter turned podcast host will return to his spotting duties this weekend at The Glen, serving as an additional spotter for Bubba.

The home buying/selling platform is a sponsor for Hamlin and Griffin on his podcast endeavors through Dirty Mo Media. Talk about a great sponsor plug, huh?

Bubba’s road course racing has seen some improvement since joining 23XI this season. The Alabama driver scored his best road course finish of his career at Sonoma in 14t. Preceding this season, his Richard Petty Motorsports days on road courses never saw a finish higher than 21st in his three years behind the wheel of the famed No. 43.

Hamlin is expected to roll off sixth, while Wallace will start the race from Row 13 in 26th.

Fans can see the Go Bowling at The Glen on Sunday, August 8th at 3:00 PM EST on NBCSN.
