Collars & Co., an apparel company based in the United States that was featured on an episode of Shark Tank, has been rapidly announcing collaborations with notable figures in sports, including golf legend Sir Nick Faldo, sports commentator Joe Buck, former NFL running back Tiki Barber, and former NFL tight end and current analyst Greg Olsen.

Now, the company has struck a deal with seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson, who will officially serve as a brand ambassador for Collars & Co., and the company will become the official apparel partner of LEGACY MOTOR CLUB, the NASCAR Cup Series team that Johnson is a part-owner of.

“I’ve always believed in the importance of looking sharp without sacrificing comfort,” said Jimmie Johnson. “Collars & Co. has mastered that balance. Whether I’m at the track, in a meeting, or spending time with family, their clothing delivers the perfect combination of style and ease. I’m proud to be part of a brand that values innovation and authenticity, and also have them outfit LEGACY MOTOR CLUB.”

Landing a legend of a sport like Johnson is a big deal for the ever-growing Collars & Co. brand.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jimmie to the Collars & Co. family,” said Justin Baer, Founder and CEO of Collars & Co. “Jimmie’s discipline, drive, and effortless sense of style perfectly reflect the spirit of our brand. He’s a proven leader both on and off the track, and we’re proud to have him represent Collars & Co. as we continue to redefine modern menswear.”

The 2025 season was a bounce-back year for LEGACY MOTOR CLUB, which struggled mightily on track in 2024. The team amassed a total of six top-five finishes and 13 top-10s among its two full-time entries, driven by Erik Jones and John Hunter Nemechek in 2025. Johnson, who competed in two races behind the wheel of the part-time No. 84 car, recorded a third-place finish in the season-opening Daytona 500.

Johnson has already announced his intention to return for the NASCAR Cup Series San Diego street race at Naval Base Coronado in 2026.
