Raptor Tools and Axalta Coating Systems will combine to support William Byron and the No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet in 18 NASCAR Cup Series events in 2025, the brand confirmed on Friday.

Axalta, one of the longest-running partners for championship-winning organization Hendrick Motorsports, will serve as the primary sponsor of the No. 24 in seven NASCAR Cup Series events, beginning with the Daytona 500 (February 16).

The colorful flame-covered paint scheme will return to action at Darlington Raceway (April 6), Bristol Motor Speedway (April 13), Charlotte Motor Speedway (May 25), Atlanta Motor Speedway (June 28), Dover Motor Speedway (July 20), and the season-finale at Phoenix Raceway (November 2).

RaptorTough.com, which first appeared as a primary sponsor for William Byron and the No. 24 Chevrolet at the tail-end of the 2021 season, will return for a 12-race stint aboard the entry this season, beginning at Circuit of The Americas (March 2).

The easily-spotted green, silver, and black colors will return to the iconic No. 24 Chevrolet at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (March 16), Texas Motor Speedway (May 4), Kansas Speedway (May 11), Nashville Superspeedway (June 1), Michigan International Speedway (June 8), Iowa Speedway (August 3), Watkins Glen International (August 10), Bristol Motor Speedway (September 13), New Hampshire Motor Speedway (September 21), and Talladega Superspeedway (October 19).

In 2024, Byron captured three NASCAR Cup Series victories in the opening eight events of the season — two with Axalta on board (Daytona, Martinsville), and another with RaptorTough.com (COTA).

Of Byron’s 13 career victories in the NASCAR Cup Series, five have come with Axalta adorning the No. 24 Chevrolet, while another three have come with RaptorTough.com on board.

The 2025 Daytona 500 will take place on Sunday, February 16 at 2:30 PM ET.
