Excitement is building as the ARCA Menards Series gears up for its 2024 season opener at Daytona International Speedway on February 17th for the Daytona 200. Among the drivers aiming for a strong run is United States Air Force Pilot Ryan Roulette, poised to make his mark on the iconic track with the help of Fast Track Racing.

For the 37-year-old, the anticipation of tackling Daytona’s high banks is unmatched. “Driving through the tunnel and seeing the track for the first time during our test session was unbelievable. Walking through the garage, preparing the car, the sights, the sounds, and the test was unreal,” he said.

Roulette officially revealed the paint scheme on his No. 12 Fast Track Racing Ford via Facebook on Monday, which the entry featuring the sleek colors of VFW and long-time sponsor Bellator.

Coming into 2024, the driver has nine starts across the ARCA platform with a best career finish of 10th at the Nashville Fairgrounds in 2022.

While this marks the Minot, ND native’s first race on a superspeedway, he and the Fast Track Racing team are ready and eager for the challenge. With the support of esteemed partners like the VFW and Bellator Recruiting Academy, they are equipped to tackle the high banks at the 2.5-mile track.

Adding to the excitement is the presence of Roger Hudkins, a VFW member from West Virginia, who will be joining the team at Daytona. Roger’s military service spans from 1979 to 2013 and has been a long-time friend of organization supporter Clint Hudkins.

From his time in the USAF as a Security Specialist, Hudkins left the USAF in 1992 but made a return in 2001 as a Motor Transport Operator for the US Army Reserves where he was deployed to Camp Anaconda in Iraq.

Roger is now retired and spends time with his family. “We are excited to have Roger be part of our organization at Daytona,” Roulette added.

As Ryan Roulette prepares to take on Daytona in the ARCA Menards Series season opener, he does so with a sense of reverence for the track’s storied history and a determination to leave his mark on the sport. With the support of Fast Track Racing and the extra motivation of Roger Hudkins, he’s primed for an unforgettable debut in the 2024 season.
