Daniel Hemric will take on the ARCA Menards Series West season-opening race this Saturday at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway carrying the iconic blue and gold colors on his No. 19 NAPA Auto Care Chevrolet just like he will in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series this upcoming season.

The Kannapolis, North Carolina native is coming off a full year in the NASCAR Cup Series with Kaulig Racing, finishing 29th in the points with a best finish of ninth four times throughout the season.

Back on November 20th, McAnally-Hilgemann Racing signed Daniel Hemric to drive the vacated No.19 in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series season full-time, replacing Christian Eckes who will be piloting the No.16 Kaulig Racing Chevrolet in his NASCAR Xfinity Series rookie season. Eckes won 8 races in the last two seasons in the same truck.

Hemric last ran the ARCA Menards Series West in 2019 as well for Bill McAnally Racing at Sonoma Raceway, finishing runner-up to current NASCAR Cup Series young gun Noah Gragson.

At this time, it’s unclear who will drive the No. 19 Chevrolet SS for Bill McAnally Racing for the remaining 11 events of the ARCA Menards Series West campaign. A team representative tells TobyChristie.com that an announcement on the remaining races will come at a later date.

Last season, the team fielded two full-time entries with Jack Wood in the No. 16 and Eric Johnson Jr. in the No. 19 for the complete schedule. Wood and Johnson Jr. finished fourth and sixth in the standings respectively with Johnson Jr. taking home the Rookie Of The Year award honors.

The 2025 West Coast Stock Car Motorsports Hall Of Fame 150 will take place on Saturday, January 25th at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway starting at 6:30 pm EST on Flo Racing.
