After a crash fest event two weeks prior at Talladega Superspeedway, Lawless Alan captured his maiden ARCA win. The ARCA Menards Series will travel to Kansas Speedway for the first of two trips in 2025.

Lavar Scott emerged with the points lead for the first time in the 2025 campaign after Brenden Queen had a struggling week. Finishing 25th dropped the rookie to third in the standings behind Scott and Alan ahead of the 150-mile, 100-lap showdown.

26 cars are entered for Friday night, with several heavy hitters looking to take on the 1.5-mile oval.

Lanie Buice, fresh off the heels of a top 10 finish in her ARCA East debut at Rockingham Speedway, will get behind the wheel of the No. 2 Chevrolet SS for Rev Racing.

Patrick Starapoli will jump over to the Cook Racing Technologies No. 17 Toyota Camry entry. Starapoli has entered his other two starts under the Venturini Motorsports banner.

William Sawalich climbs aboard the No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing entry for his third start of the 2025 campaign.

Two former ARCA winners at Kansas Speedway are contesting in the field, with Spencer Gallagher in the No. 23 Sigma Performance Services Chevrolet SS, alongside Mason Mitchell in the No. 25 Toyota Camry for Venturini Motorsports.

Full-time NASCAR Canada Series driver, as well as part-time NASCAR Xfinity and CRAFTSMAN Truck Series competitor, Ryan Vargas, will drive the No. 67 Chevrolet for Maples Motorsports.

Another international stock car driver hailing from Lisbon, Portugal, Miguel Gomes, will make his ARCA Menards Series return for the first time since 2023, piloting the No. 69 for Kimmel Racing.

The notable full-time entries of drivers contesting for points include Scott, Alan, Queen, Isabella Robusto, Thad Moffitt, Michael Maples, Jason Kitzmiller, Andy Jankowiak, and Alex Clubb, to name a few.

The Tide 150 at Kansas Speedway will air live on FS1 at 8:00 pm EST on Friday, May 9. Motor Racing Network (MRN), SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90, and ARCARacing.com will provide the radio broadcast of the event.
