After post-race technical inspection from the ARCA Menards Series / ARCA Menards Series East combination race at the Milwaukee Mile on August 29, the No. 15 team from Venturini Motorsports has been penalized for violating section Section 20C-10.6F of the 2021 ARCA Menards Series Rule Book, which references the car’s rear wheel alignment.

Kevin Reed Sr. – crew chief on the No. 15 Venturini Motorsports Toyota Camry — has been fined $1,000 by series officials, while driver Jesse Love and team owner Bill Venturini Sr. have been penalized with the loss of five championship points in the ARCA Menards Series, ARCA Menards Series East and Sioux Chief Showdown, as well as applicable special awards points.

It’s the second fine that has been handed down to Reed in as many weeks, after he was fined $500 and placed on probation following the ARCA Menards Series’ event at Michigan International Speedway for being in violation of ARCA Member Conduct Guidelines.
