It’s been all Sammy Smith‘s Saturday so far at Elko Speedway, pacing practice and claiming the pole for the Menards 250.

The ARCA Menards Series East points leader looks to grab yet another checkered flag, just as he did a weekend ago at Berlin Raceway.

Jesse Love – who’s had impressive qualifying results all season – continues his strong efforts, grabbing the other side of the front row in second place.

In third, it’s the No. 15 Venturini Motorsports Toyota Camry, but this time with Landon Pembelton behind the wheel making his first ARCA Menards Series start of 2022.

A still heartbroken Daniel Dye will start fourth after a mechanical failure took him out of the lead in Berlin with under ten laps to go. Dye continues his hunt to reclaim his championship lead.

Tom Hessert, Taylor Gray, Toni Breidinger, Nick Sanchez, Greg Van Alst, and Willie Mullins round out the rest of the top-ten qualifiers. ARCA Menards Series points leader Rajah Caruth will start in the 12th position.

Racing action from Elko begins at 9:30 pm ET on MAVTV and FloRacing.
