ARCA Menards Series entry list 2022 Talladega General Tire 200
The preliminary entry list for the 2022 ARCA Menards Series General Tire 200 at Talladega Superspeedway has landed. 34 cars are on the list.

There are 34 cars on the preliminary entry list for Saturday’s General Tire 200 at Talladega Superspeedway.

The ARCA Menards Series returns to action for 76 laps of intensity on the 2.66-mile oval, with lots of familiar faces up and down the list for this weekend’s race.

Defending superspeedway winner, and now NASCAR Camping World Truck Series winner, Corey Heim returns to the field in the Venturini Motorsports No. 20.

Thad Moffitt, who has been active in the NASCAR Truck Series as well, will return to the ARCA Menards Series this weekend in the No. 44 entry for Jeff McClure Motorsports. Moffitt has spent the last few years in the series racing for David Gilliland Racing.

Drew Dollar returns for another double-header, as he will pilot the No. 18 Toyota in both the ARCA and Xfinity Series races on Saturday. Though the young driver will look for a much better result, as both races at Daytona he ended up with a destroyed race car.

While the stars are out for this race, it’s a big opportunity for a points swing within the series regulars up at the front. GMS Racing driver Daniel Dye holds an 11-point lead over Rev Racing standout Rajah Caruth, with the No. 15 of Parker Chase not too far behind in third.
