With a Rolex from the Daytona 24 on his wrist, and having signed several contracts in recent weeks, young prospect Connor Zilisch is ready to hop back into an ARCA Menards Series car as he and Pinnacle Racing Group are teaming up for the entire ARCA Menards Series East, and other ARCA Menards Series races.

Zilisch will hop behind the wheel of the No. 28 Chevy starting at Five Flags Speedway for the ARCA Menards Series East in the Pensacola 150. He takes over the seat formerly held by Luke Fenhaus, who came home second in the East Series standings in 2023.

The 17-year-old is no stranger to the team or the series though. Zilisch made his debut last year at Watkins Glen where he dominated by leading 34 of the 41 laps, only to finish second to 2023 ARCA Menards Series drivers champion Jesse Love.

Since then, the Mooresville, NC has gone out and won back-to-back races in IMSA at Daytona and Sebring, signed a multi-year deal with Trackhouse Racing, announced a several race deal for 2024 to make his NASCAR Xfinity debut with JR Motorsports driving the No. 88, and joined Spire Motorsports for a limited season in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. All since January 1st, 2024.

Along with the title fight in the ARCA Menards Series East championship, Zilisch will also be running three other races in the ARCA Menards Series national platform at Kansas in September, Michigan, and Watkins Glen (the site of his first start) and the ARCA Menards Series West Finale at Phoenix Raceway in November.

Connor joins Shane Van Gisbergen and Connor Mosak as drivers for the start of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series season so far.

You can catch his return to the ARCA Menards Series platform on Saturday, March 23rd at 8:30 PM live on FloRacing.
