After coming off the dirt with two straight top-ten finishes, including his first in the ARCA Menards Series, fan favorite and pizza connoisseur Brayton Laster is looking to continue his luck as he heads to Salem Speedway.

He announced on social media that he would once again team with the No. 31 from Rise Motorsports, the team he had gotten his first ever ARCA Menards Series top ten with back at Springfield earlier this season.

“I’ve always wanted to race at Salem all my life, whether on the high banks or the Figure 8, it’s always been a dream, however, this dream gets to become a reality next Saturday night,” the Greenwood IN, native said.

So far in 2023, Laster has made nine starts between the ARCA Menards and ARCA Menards Series East and he’s riding a lot of momentum from those two top tens. Both tenth-place finishes and career best for the 21-year-old. He sat down in a recent interview with TobyChristie.com to talk about his success and how his 2023 season was heading.

“So thankful to Rise and the entire Goulet Family for entrusting me with their piece of machinery, looking forward to turning some hands and making a ton of awesome memories! Couldn’t have done this without the support of so many people, especially my parents, who have stuck with this racing thing through thick and thin and of course Miss Toma,” he added.

In his Facebook post, Laster says that he and the team are looking for partners to come on board to help fund the full race.

\”We are still looking for marketing partners for this event, you’re able to get your company logo, picture of your face, picture of your cat, podcast, social media channel, or more on the car for as little as $100! We also have bigger and more prominent spots starting from $300 to $2,000!” You can find out more info by contacting BLasterMotorsports@gmail.com.

You can catch Brayton’s Salem debut in the Atlas 200 on Saturday, September 30th at 7:30 PM ET on FS2 and FloRacing.
