After having a few weeks off since April 20th at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway, the ARCA Menards Series West finally hits the track once again for the Portland 112 as they’ll take on the lefts and right of Portland International Raceway.

This weekend’s race around the 12-turn, 1.967-mile road course will be the 10th time the series has hit the track, dating back t 1986, when Hershel McGriff took home the checkered flag.

Heading into this weekend’s race, the Pacific Northwest race course will see a new winner since last year’s winner Landen Lewis isn’t on the entry list.

Taking the Oregon Trail out west includes last year’s ARCA Menards Series West driver champion, Sean Hingorani.

The champ has been seat hopping, now riding with the No. 5 machine for Jerry Pitts Racing, his third race in as many races. He’ll also look to grow his points lead.

Just two points back and looking to take the top of the board from the Newport Beach native is Tyler Reif.

The Henderson, LV native has one top-five and one top-10. He’s still searching for his second win out west and will look for some magic on the road course after a tough 15th-place finish last year.

After a tough pill to swallow in his second-place finish to Kole Raz last race out, Trevor Huddleston looks to get just one position better in his High Point Racing Ford.

Jack Wood has had a slower start for his season. He and his McAnally Racing Chevy, will look to right the ship and pick up their first top-five of the year.

Young rookie Isabella Robusto makes her return out the west coast for Venturini Motorsports. She’s joined by fellow Venturini teammates Gio Ruggiero and Jake Finch.

Other notables set to take on the twists and turns include ARCA veteran Dale Quarterley, Eric Johnson Jr, Marco Andretti who is just coming off the Indianapolis 500, ARCA Menards Series East Champion William Sawalich, Nick Joanides, Tanner Reif, Takuma Koga, and Robbie Kennealy among others in the 24 car field.

You can catch the Portland 112 live on FloRacing, on Friday at 7 PM EST.
