Here is the complete NASCAR and ARCA TV schedule for Saturday, July 29 — NASCAR Cup practice and qualifying, NASCAR Xfinity and Truck races, and the ARCA West race.

If you like racing, we have a fun day in store for you on Saturday, July 29th. All three NASCAR National Series will take to the track during the day, and night at Richmond and Road America, and then the night will be capped off by the ARCA West Series at Shasta Speedway.

The on-track action gets kicked off by NASCAR Cup Series practice and qualifying at Richmond Raceway at 12:30 PM ET. USA Network will carry that action.

Then, the coverage shifts to NBC at 2:30 PM ET for the NASCAR Xfinity Series pre-race show at Road America. The race broadcast will begin at 3:00 PM ET, and when the race goes green, AJ Allmendinger, who skipped NASCAR Cup Series practice and qualifying to be there, will start from the pole.

After the NASCAR Xfinity Series race is over, the day’s coverage moves to FS1 and back to Richmond Raceway for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series pre-race at 6:30 PM ET followed by the race broadcast at 7:00 PM ET.

Ty Majeski will roll from the pole in that event, click here for the full Truck Series starting lineup.

And then to close things out, FloRacing will carry the ARCA Menards Series West action at Shasta Speedway beginning at 11:30 PM ET.
