AJ Allmendinger is set to join a star-studded driver lineup for Kaulig Racing’s No. 10 Chevrolet Camaro in 2023, with the announcement Thursday that he’ll compete in select NASCAR Xfinity Series events.

The Los Gatos, California-native will make his first start of the season at Circuit of The Americas, as he looks to defend his NASCAR Xfinity Series victory from last year at the Austin, Texas road course.

Allmendinger, who returns to the NASCAR Cup Series full-time with Kaulig Racing in 2023 after four years away, is set to join a driver lineup that includes fellow NASCAR Cup Series drivers Justin Haley and Austin Dillon.

Haley will pilot the No. 10 Chevrolet Camaro in the season-opener at Daytona International Speedway, as well as select other NASCAR Xfinity Series events yet to be announced. Meanwhile, Austin Dillon will drive the No. 10 at Auto Club Speedway.

Over the last two seasons, Allmendinger has competed full-time in the NASCAR Xfintiy Series for Kaulig Racing, in which time he’s collected an impressive 10 victories in the second-tier series, coupled with 35 top-five and 50 top-10 results.

With two stellar seasons in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Allmendinger has recorded back-to-back finishes inside the top-five in points, leading the Kaulig Racing organization in all stat categories.

Allmendinger’s full schedule of events, as well as additional drivers for Kaulig Racing’s No. 10 Chevrolet Camaro will be announced in the coming weeks.
