Post-race technical inspection following Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Enjoy Illinois 300 at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway has been completed.

Joey Logano’s race-winning No. 22 Shell Pennzoil Team Penske Ford Mustang has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared Logano and his team the official winners of the race.

Logano, 32, now has two points-paying wins this season, in addition to his victory in the exhibition Busch Light Clash at the LA Memorial Coliseum. The Connecticut-native is now a 29-time winner in NASCAR Cup Series competition.

No issues were detected in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings following Sunday’s race are now considered official.

Kyle Busch officially scored a runner-up finish, his sixth top-five finish of 2022. Kurt Busch, Ryan Blaney and Aric Almirola rounded out the top-five finishers on the day.
