After two straight weekends of strong runs at Atlanta and COTA, DGM Racing announced on Monday that the team will scale back its NASCAR Xfinity Series operations for the remainder of 2022.

According to a statement, posted on social media, the team will continue to field two full-time entries – in the form of the No. 36 and No. 91 — will also fielding a part-time entry in select events throughout the season.

The statement reads: “DGM Racing has made the difficult decision to condense our operations from three entries to two full-time entries and a part-time third entry. This move allows us to strategically allocate our resources to be most competitive.”

Despite the change, Mason Massey, Alex Labbe, Kyle Weatherman, and Preston Pardus will all remain with the organization in some capacity. DGM Racing will also continue supporting Weatherman in his search for partners.

The No. 92 Chevrolet Camaro is not entered for Saturday at Richmond Raceway.
